How To: Setup Express Creative as your social media admin

We're constantly working on making it as simple as possible for us to get started so, we've put together this simple walkthrough on how to add us Express Creative as an admin of your social media accounts. Let's get started!

 

Facebook + Instagram

Granting admin access for both Instagram and Facebook is easy! Follow these simple to steps to add Express Creative as both a Facebook and Instagram admin:

  1. Navigate to your business Facebook Page.
  2. Click Settings on the top-right of your screen.
  3. Choose Page Roles from the list on the right. 
  4. Search for "Elliot Crisscross", select the account with the Express Creative profile picture, choose Admin from the dropdown.
  5. An admin invitation will be sent to our team.
  6. That's it!

Granting admin access for both Instagram and Facebook is easy! Follow these simple to steps to add Express Creative as both a Facebook and Instagram admin:

  1. Search for "Elliot Crisscross" and select the profile with the Express Creative logo.
  2. In most cases, we will have already extended the invitation to connect. Simply click Accept to connect. If we have not sent an invitation, click the ellipsis button and select Connect.
  3. Next, select your business page from your profile dropdown.
  4. Click Admin tools from the top-right corner of the page and select Page admins.
  5. Search and select "Elliot Crisscross" to grant admin access to your page.
  6. Done!
